I am attaching pictures I am 6 feet tall 185 pounds my rib cage is a 34 my current bra size is a 38 a. My breast with is 14.5 my blouse size is an xl with boob room to spare. My waist is a 30. My hips are 43. I'm very excited that I'm a candidate for 800cc. Looking for proportion and hotness ..won't hurt!!!lol.Im I looking for early or longterm issues??
Answer: The 800 cc is the biggest silicone they make! Thanks for your question and photos. The 800 cc volume is the largest silicone breast implant they make and it is a very large breast implant to have in a single operation. Larger breast implants might lead to "hotness" but they carry more risks when compared to smaller breast implants. The skin is not going to stretch very quickly and will take a long time, may be 16 weeks or so, to stretch to the point where you can see more of your "real" size and shape. Talk to your PS about concerns with bigger breast implants. Best, Dr. ALDO

Answer: Is 800cc to much??? You have a noticeable sag and asymmetry. I'm not generally an advocate of 800cc implants. i would prefer to see you have a breast lift, correct the asymmetry and implant 350cc High profile placed sub muscular . This may not give you the profound size you seek, but in my opinion will be a more aesthetically committed breast volume and position. In short- i think this will look better. Also, i would improve the apparent inverted nipple.

Answer: Size The implant you chose is a large and heavy implant. I would suggest trying on that size, feeling the weight, and seeing how that size looks. You are tall enough to carry it around, just make sure that is the size you do want to carry around. Over time, large implants may thin your breast tissue and sag. If you are also going with a lift, a smaller implant may look better longer.

Answer: Is 800cc to much??? Moderate plus I picked. Thank you for the question and pictures. Ultimately, careful communication of your goals (in my practice I prefer the use of goal pictures, direct examination/communication in front of a full-length mirror, and computer imaging) will be critical. Generally speaking, the best online advice I can give to ladies who are considering breast augmentation surgery ( regarding breast implant size/profile selection) is: 1. Concentrate on choosing your plastic surgeon carefully. Concentrate on appropriate training, certification, and the ability of the plastic surgeon to achieve the results you are looking for. Ask to see lots of examples of his/her work. 2. Have a full discussion and communication regarding your desired goals with your plastic surgeon. This communication will be critical in determining breast implant size/type/profile will most likely help achieve your goals. In my practice, the use of photographs of “goal” pictures (and breasts that are too big or too small) is very helpful. For example, I have found that the use of words such as “natural” or "D or DD cup” etc means different things to different people and therefore prove unhelpful. Also, as you know, cup size varies depending on him who makes the bra; therefore, discussing desired cup size may also be inaccurate. Again, the use of computer imaging has been very helpful during the communication process, in our practice. 3. Once you feel you have communicated your goals clearly, allow your plastic surgeon to use his/her years of experience/judgment to choose the breast implant size/profile that will best meet your goals. Again, in my practice, this decision is usually made during surgery, after the use of temporary intraoperative sizers. I hope this (and the attached link, dedicated to larger breast augmentation surgery concerns) helps. Best wishes for an outcome that you will be very pleased with.

Answer: 800 cc implants 800 cc implants are quite large. You would have to be examined in person to see if you are a candidate. You may have limitations because of the volume.
