Hello Docs, this might be an unusual question or request. But I'm curious is there a way to improve or create a deeper and more pronounced philtrum on the upper lip? Some people have little to no philtrum groove from their nose to their lips, which makes the upperlip look completely flat and in my opinion unattractive. I was wondering if there is a way to create deeper groove aka a nice visible philtrum? I attached pictures of some folks who have a very nice well defined philtrum. Thank you

Dear Terrific7574Thank you for your questions and photo! The injections can trigger more pigment changes . You have good lip contour - so if the risk of color change is a big concern do not have injections. With Warm RegardsTrevor M Born MD
Thank you for your question. It can take upwards of two weeks for swelling following injections to completely subside. Give it a little more time to see your final result. Follow up with your injector to address your concern. Good luck!
Hi Ashley, As far as I know, there is no contraindication for lip filler after breast surgery. However, I would contact your surgeon just to make sure prior to any filler. It is best to setup a consultation with an experienced injector. Good luck!
