Great Lung Function! Pulmonologist approval! 6 days Post Op!My Surgeon isn't familiar with the daily regime with Cystic Fibrosis I am a fitness competitor, and very healthy 1.) do you know when I can resume the Vest P.T? (would this increase capsular contracture b/c the shaking of the chest? ) 2.) Positive Lung Cultures; Mrsa,Stenotrophomonas,Achromobacter,Aspergillus. Does this affect anything? I know many CF patients do have Breast Implants and never had problems with worse lung cultures

If I understand your question correctly you are considering SmartLipo 7 weeks after an augmentation. There should be no problem as they are not related. You will want to be sure if you are positioned in the prone (face down) position you are adequately padded.Best of LuckDr. JA. Dean Jabs M.D....
