Great question deadliftdoll!  First of all, congratulations to you on your augmentation.  I have a very good friend with CF and I know how difficult your daily routine is.  I often have my patients start gentle massage at 10-14 days after their augmentation to help avoid an overly thick capsule.  The vibration of the percussion vest should not be to great in my opinion to cause further damage once it is time for you to start massage.  The most important thing is that you follow your surgeon's specific guidelines that help them achieve their best results.  I would imagine that the pulmonary flora you have would increase your chances of an implant infection and/or capsular contracture but I'm not sure there is literature on CF cases with implants.  There are risks/benefits to every elective procedure so hopefully those were explained to you so you could make an informed decision.  I hope that everything turns out extremely well for you.  Good luck and keep your head up!!
