Plastic surgery scars require attention after surgery so that they remain cosmetically-appealing and barely noticeable. In our office, we use a protocol for scars that minimizes their activity in the 6-8 weeks after surgery. I can't see form the pictures, but in general if your breasts distort too much with routine muscle activity then thee implants should be placed either above the muscle (subfascial) or converted from dual plane to split muscle. In both cases, the portion of the pectoral muscle that was detached should be re-attached.

I would suggest discussing your concerns with your surgeon and let your surgeon adjust your breasts and revise the scar. It may cost much more to go elsewhere.
