Does my right breast looks right? Seems much lower than my left Brest. Doesn't have much bottom projection than the others. I'm kinda bothered by it. Is there anything I can do?

You did not show photos or give measurements, but I suspect 700 cc's will be too large and heavy. For most women, that size is massive, is too heavy, stretches and thins your own tissue, and sags over time.
With smaller implants, you will probably need a lift to deal with the excess skin and relocate your nipples to the proper position. The 800 cc implants are just too massive for most women.
