Breast asymmetry is very common before and after surgery. Your implants are placed evenly but one nipple must have started lower down. Leave it alone . It’s a fine result

I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what went wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice.

You did not show your before photos, so I don't know how uneven you were to start. Also, an examination is needed to see if you have a capsule. I would suggest going back to your surgeon and discussing your concerns.
