Under muscle areola incision, 430cc, round & scar attached to muscle - can I correct? (Photos)

Hello. I had a BA under the muscle areola incision, 430cc round, 4 months ago (I am 5.11). Left scar looks attached to the muscle. My boobs look good when I’m relaxed, but when I activate my chest muscle, the scar moves with it. No pain, the scar is hard tho on that part. I’ve been doing massages but is not improving. Can I correct that with surgery? I’m unhappy with that. Also, I feel like they haven’t dropped yet. They look so round on the top part… will get better? More drop shape? Thank you

Sorry to hear that you are having some issues but a 15 cc different will not make that much of a difference. I recommend that you see multiple plastic surgeons to see what they recommend and go with the one that you feel more comfortable with.
One implant has dropped a little lower than the other, otherwise you look fine. I would wear underwire to support that implant and discuss this with your surgeon.
