700 to 500cc - is symmastia still present? Can this be fixed? (Photos)

Original saline implants sub pec in 2014. December 2020 I had a revision due to contracture and wanting a larger bust. The new implants were silicone gel over 700cc. Synmastia occurred pretty soon after. A second revision was performed with smaller (500ish cc) implants and mesh in April 2021 and after the initial healing was done looked ok but slowly started dropping and now look horrible. I don’t want another surgery but I feel so ugly. Can this be fixed?
