Based on your photos, you are a great candidate for rhinoplasty. The tip can be made thinner and the nose derotated some. Any rhinoplasty like this would be complex and it would be important to have a rhinoplasty specialist performing the surgery. Also, remember that the skin of your tip is thick, which will keep the nose from getting really thin.

Making the tip less bulbous is simple and can often be done with incisions inside the nose in a little over an hour. Decreasing alar width is also fairly straightforward and sometimes can be performed under local anesthesia in the office. Decreasing how upturned a nose is however, is more involved and complicated. Surgery will require use of multiple cartilage grafts, usually taken from nose septum. This surgery will require skills of above average surgeon, expert in rhinoplasty. Good luck.

A rhinoplasty can rotate your nasal tip downward, so it gives your nose less tip projection but a longer bridge at the same time. This along, with tip refinement can give you a nice result. Doing preop imaging can help you see the changes and how they will impact your look.
