I don’t completely hate my nose, but I hate the way the area between my nose and top lip looks, as if the skin is being pulled by my nose. I think it’s what’s causing my upper lip to look flat from the side. Is rhinoplasty the only way to correct this issue? I like my nose from the front so I’m afraid to change it, but the “tension lip” makes me hate my profile.
