The tip of my nose is not defined after rhinoplasty, what can I do? (photos)

Taping and compressions are also complementary to achieve improved definition. If you still feel like your nose is too wide, you may need a revision procedure. The procedure would involve narrowing the tip likely with cartilage grafting. I would revisit with your prior surgeon if you're comfortable.
