I asked specifically not to cut the hump on my nose bridge as it wasn’t bothering me. The only thing I wanted to fix was my asymmetry, crookedness. What I got instead is saddle nose with weird dent in the middle of the bridge. Is it really that bad? Do I need another rhinoplasty to fix this?

Saddle nose deformities are usually associated with an excessively low nasal bridge - a nasal ski slope. Your photo appears to show thin nasal skin with an overprojected bridge. Best to consult with a rhinoplasty specialist about your concerns. Hope this helps. Dr Joseph
I can see that you have a crooked and asymmetrical nasal appearance on front view. Perhaps your 2 frontal photos are reversed since your nasal indentation appears on your left in the first pic, and on the right in the second. In that regard, please consider re-asking your question with better...
