Hei I had Revision rhinoplasty. Main reason breathing and appearance. I wonder what is causing my nose to be crooked. The columella? The lateral alar crura? Which technique should be performed? And if it can be done with local anesthetics? Do i have concave lateral crura alar? Or alar collapse? Thanks
