I can see that you have a crooked and asymmetrical nasal appearance on front view. Perhaps your 2 frontal photos are reversed since your nasal indentation appears on your left in the first pic, and on the right in the second. In that regard, please consider re-asking your question with better photographs. In some people, indentations after rhinoplasty may be permanently filled with microdroplet silikon-1000, depending on the situation. Hope this helps! Dr Joseph

Hello! Thanks for the great questions. Curvature has to do with bending of the cartilage which is used for support. Many times, this comes from an undertreated septum or other forms of cartilage grafting (such as rib) which can warp over time. The way to fix this is an open septorhinoplasty procedure. This allows full visualization of the underlying cartilages. New grafts can be placed and suturing techniques to straighten the nose. I would revisit with your surgeon - or another - to discuss what options exist for you and when the timing may be right. Hope this helps!
