I had my first rhinoplasty in 2015. I'm terrified of getting a revision but as the years pass, my nose gets worse. I'm 32 now, and feel it's time for me to get this done. My question is how likely is it that I can achieve a good result? Overall, I'd like to have my nose smaller as I still feel it's too large, and I know the tip will have to become larger. It isn't terrible in some photos if the flash is not on, but when it is, it's highlights of every flaw.
