Male with visible columellar scar following an open rhinoplasty six years ago. My surgeon used a previously existing columellar scar, but it ended up looking more prominent than before. What are my options for minimizing the appearance of this scar? I have other concerns for a revision, such as bulging scar tissue, but the scar is main concern. I would greatly appreciate any advice and recommendations.
