I understand your concern. It is best that you have your hyperthyroidism corrected first before undergoing breast augmentation surgery. Your endocrinologist should provide you with a medical clearance stating that it is okay for you to undergo breast surgery. 
If you are considering a surgery, I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.

Assuming your thyroid hormones are well controlled (with levels checked),  then undergoing  elective breast surgery should not be a problem. To be sure, confirm with your endocrinologist/internist who can communicate with your plastic surgeon.
Choose your plastic surgeon very carefully; everything else including good judgment/advice/planning, anesthesia provider and safe surgery facility will follow. Best wishes.
