After transplant from 3rd day i see some yellow thing coming out from my donor area during night sleep , my head sticky to pillow paper. see the pictures.I am advised to apply Fusidic Acid Cream on donor area. Is it infection or discharge?

As of now, it does look like that there is a difference in the residual density of hair on both the sides but you should wait for three to four months before knowing what will be the actual look of both the areas.

It is best to ask your surgeon about post operative issue as each doctor has their unique regimen. Normal scalp hair density is about 200 hairs in a square centimeter so you can get a baseline of what to expect.
