What can I do for my thick humpy neck and manly shoulders?

I feel like my neck is too thick and manly for my body, I want it to look taller and thinner. I also have manly shoulders, surgery to shave down the upper shoulders it looks so many? I want feminine looking shoulders. I also have a hump on the back of my neck and it looks so ugly when I stand up! I do not care how many surgeries I get or how much money I spend, it's my money and this is what I want to do I don't want anyne tell me other why's because this will increase the quality of my life.

Without photos there is no way we can give you a proper opinion.  Liposuction may be an option and less invasive than any surgery, however, photos are necessary.  Seek a cosmetic dermatologist or plastic surgeon who has expertise in body contouring.  I wish you the best of luck, Dr. Emer.

To determine what may or may not be possible, it is first necessary to see the problem. A description alone is not sufficient. Pictures are needed for an assessment.

Without photos there is no way to answer your question. There is no surgery to lengthen and thin your neck or "shave down the shoulders", so you need to get your expectations lined up realistically. Sometimes liposuction of the hump or under the chin will be helpful.
