Can I hope for a reasonable amount of symmetry and for the crease to diminish or fade? Is my scar too big? (Photo)

Feb 2013 had BA with 300 cc silicones placed under muscle. Feb 2014 capsulectomy done in left breast. Implant was also ruptured, PS said it was likely defective. During capsulectomy, PS lowered left nipple. It is a week after surgery and my breast is still in pain (worse than the initial BA) I know it is too soon to tell, but I can barely stand the sight of my breast. The scare is huge and not anywhere near the lower crease and there is now a distinct line/crease visible where the implant is.
