Can I hope for a reasonable amount of symmetry and for the crease to diminish or fade? Is my scar too big? (Photo)

It is early and the scar is probably in the same place as the old one. I would wait and relax and let time shape the lower portion of the breast. Hard to be patient some times but really nothing else to do. Good Luck

if done in the US, come with warranty coverage... did you get yours?  And scars will heal and fade with time but did you understand what was going to happen before you went back?  It seems, as mentioned, that something got lost along the way back to the OR.  If the same scar was used, then simply time will help. 

Appears there was issues lost in translation. The left had a lowering of the inferior quadrant so the previous incision used again elevated upwards. While nothing was done to the right larger slightly ptotic breast, "why"? I assume either you were not offered a lifting on the right or you refused to have additional scar/incisions placed upon the right breast. Please inform and respond...
