Thank you for your question. I am not aware of any, but this is perhaps a question best for Allergan who makes Juvederm. I hope this helps.
Xanax is not known to interact with either of those treatments. Xanax can impair your ability to drive and should not be taken prior to any consent discussion with your doctor as it can impair your judgement. Otherwise, Xanax can help take the edge off for certain people and remove the small amount of unpleasantness associated with facial injections. I hope this information is helpful.Stephen Weber MD, FACS
Xanax should not have any interaction with filler products. Hyaluronidase is a product to dissolve your filler product and should probably not be painful on injection.
Generally, blood thinners increase the risk of bruising with injectables. Xanax usually does not impact hyaluronidase or dermal filler injections other than the fact that you will need someone to accompany you as you will not be able to drive on xanax. Please consult with a board certified specialist who can assist you with achieving the results you seek.
There are no adverse reactions between Juvederm and Xanax (alprazolam). Xanax may be used as a pre injection medication to decrease anxiety of the injections. These injections can be made much less painful with the use of blunt cannulas for injection. If pre medication is used I generally prefer a pain killer (narcotic such as Vicodin) for my patients.Topical anesthesia may also be used to decrease pain of injections.
There should be no adverse reaction between xanax and Juvederm or between xanax and hyaluronidase. Are you taking these only when you have a procedure done? Please make sure you have someone with you as you should not be driving when taking xanax.
It is difficult to say from this picture, if you are sure it was not there prior to treatment, then it is related to treatment. If however you are not sure, they may have pre existed and in this case would not be related to your injection and there are a variety of explanations for lesions like...
One can have swelling to up to 2 weeks after injectable treatments, which typically resolves on its own without intervention. I would make your injecting physician aware so they can correct it if necessary. Good luck!
Let the area heal and settle for 2-3 weeks, most likely the issue will resolve itself with time Best of luck
