Which is the better treatment nowadays for smoker's lines: Juvederm or Belotero?
Answer: Vertical Lines / Smoker's Lines -- Fillers (Restylane Silk, Belotero), Laser Resurfacing, Peels, Superficial RF, Microneedling Fillers such as Restylane Silk, Belotero, or Juvederm can work well to treat lines around the mouth, but the best first option is laser resurfacing or deep peels to induce collagen production. Superficial radiofrequency devices and microneedling can help as well and are less invasive. I suggest going to an experienced cosmetic dermatologist with expertise in lasers and fillers. Best, Dr. Emer

Answer: Belotero for fine wrinkles Belotero is a very good filler for fine dermal lines on the upper lip and around the eyes. It is more suitable for thin lines as opposed to thicker Juvederm. Best, Dr. Karamanoukian

Answer: Belotero Vs. Juvederm I would recommend Belotero for your "smoker's lines" . The awesome thing about Belotero is how superficially it can be injected making it perfect for small fine lines around the mouth. Juvederm would give your lips more volume, not necessarily softening the wrinkles or lines the way Belotero would.
