Would I be a good candidate for a corner of mouth lift? I give the appearance, though not intentionally, that I'm upset, confused or angry because of it. The right corner of my mouth leans down. I want it to be more symmetrical, proportionate to the other side. How much can I expect for it to cost in the New York area? Also can this be treated under local anaesthesia? I'm a 20 year old male.

Generally, adding fillers whether they are permanent or temporary (e.g.,fat and Juvederm®, respectively) add spoke to the lip and therefore tends to mail the upper teeth as opposed to expose them. One can give the illusion of a shorter upper lip by judiciously injecting filler above the cupids ...
The soft tissue at the junction of your nose and lip can be resected allowing more posterior positioning and changing the angle. The nasal spine can be reduced. You should consider a chin implant to balance your face.
