What is the cost of rhinoplasty/deviated septum?

Sorry, i wish I could answer this. I am in Ottawa, Canada so obviously things are different. Here the government pays for a Septoplasty, but the Cosmetic component is not covered (obviously). If you have a "Crooked" nose on the outside, that is typically not covered as it usually has no effect on breathing and its considered a Rhinoplasty, thus you often have to pay for that out of pocket. I'm sure it would be similar in the USA. But best to check with your insurance, physician.

range is pretty wide from $6000-$12,000. My recommendation is to first
find qualified surgeons   that are board certified by the American Board
of Plastic Surgery or the American Board of Otolaryngology. Find one or
two surgeons you trust, then compare prices between them. Factors that
influence the price include:
1. Location - Will it be performed in a hospital with an overnight
stay, an independent out- patient facility or a doctors office?
2. Type of Anesthesia -  IV sedation or General Anesthesia? Will a
board certified anesthesiologist or a nurse anesthetist be used, or an
RN?
    
 
3. Experience and training of your surgeon. The best
trained (and longest) would be a surgeon board  certified by the
American Board of Plastic Surgery, but also consider American Board of
Otolaryngology trained surgeons
    
 4. Length and Complexity of
Surgery - Tip Rhinoplasty only or complete rhinoplasty, open or closed
technique, deviated septum repair,or breathing problems corrected, , how
long, ?etc

Surgery to improve nasal breathing is normally covered by insurance. Even though you've had a prior septoplasty it may be possible to improve your breathing further with revision surgery. It also may be possible that other issues are contributing to your nasal blockage. When a deviated septum is blocking airflow and it has been documented as a medical necessity, then that component of the surgery his billed to the patient's medical insurance.
