I read that it is not safe for a tummy tuck procedure to be performed with a Cesarean Section. However, how do the celebrities obtain their youthful abs after childbirth? Do any doctors out there knows the big hidden secret?

Pregnancy is a time of swirling hormones and the effects of those hormones determine much of your post pregnancy appearance. Yes, you need to watch your weight. Gaining 40 lbs in 9 months wouldn't be healthy for anyone let alone 60 or 75. Yes you need to stay active throughout your pregnancy (or as long as you're able). But the truth is that stretch marks or breast ptosis are at least partially genetic and those are hard things to beat.

I can tell you that celebrities are no different than anyone else in terms of the laws of nature, gravity, or anything else. If you are seeing celebrities with washboard abs immediately after pregnancy, then one of three things are happening. Either they were in great physical condition before pregnancy and were able to maintain some level of abdominal core tone with careful exercise during the pregnancy. Or they have good publicists that have mislead you to believe that they have magic abs. Or they are just genetically luckier than others and pregnancy didn't have as harsh of a toll on their bodies. I have seen many non celebrities that have had the good fortune of bouncing back immediately after pregnancy with a great figure. My wife is one of them...lucky me. There are no hidden secrets.

Do celebrities have plastic surgery?  Some celebrities have plastic surgery privately. The truth is, plastic surgery alone will not provide weight loss and muscle tone, so no doubt, there is work taking place as well.  Celebrities are real people. They want privacy just like everyone else. The expectation is that they are somehow better than regular people, so they pretend hay have not had "help" when they do get help. Unfortunately, this can make non-celebrities feel like there is something wrong with them when their body doesn't bounce back after pregnancy the way the body of their favorite movie star has. Do the best you can do by being healthy before, during and after pregnancy, and remember that plastic surgeons are here to help should you need something extra.When a celebrity is able to look great without looking like he or she has had plastic surgery, they have found a plastic surgeon they trust to provide natural looking results. Anyone considering plastic surgery should do the same.

Your body is no different from celebrities, what you may keep in mind is that they live of their appearance, so usually they are in great physical shape by exercising with a trainer and eating healthy through special balanced diets given by their doctors or trainers, so the secret is actually minting your physical shape throughout pregnancy. The quick rise in popularity in aesthetic plastic surgery worldwide has led to a movement of aesthetic surgeons who are not plastic surgeons, sometimes they are gynecologists or general surgeons, and are getting aesthetic surgery degrees by taking three day courses. This has led to some bizarre practices like the ones you talked about. During pregnancy, in the final trimester, your body develops what is called dilution anemia, as it prepares to bleed, so it is totally absurd to submit your body to an additional unnecessary procedure during the critical moment of a C section. On top of that, your internal organs must heal and retract to their original position before you even consider a tummy tuck, and that period is usually 6 to 12 months. Tummy tuck procedures and lipectomy procedures(when you cut excess skin without muscle repair) performed during C section should be legally punishable by authorities, but sadly it doesn't happen.

That's a very reasonable question.  Most of the work happens before the child is born or even conceived. A slender, muscular abdominal wall requires tight, strong muscles and very thin soft tissue over the top. Although there are surgeons (mostly in South America) who perform tummy tucks at the time of a c-section, most do not.  Regardless, that is only half of the equation. Appropriate but not excessive weight gain during pregnancy, coupled with maintained exercises before, during and after pregnancy can all help maintain a more sculpted abdomen afterwards.
