Does the brava system work for breast enhancement because i dont want to throw money into implants if i have to keep getting them replaced and cost me more with a fake feeling

BRAVA causes swelling of your breasts.  It is temporary and wearing the system is very awkward.  this is not a replacement for a breast augmentation

Thank you for asking. Brava is a system that very few PS actually use. The cost effectiveness should really be investigated prior to under taking as subsequent procedures are common. Breast implant surgery is relatively straightforward and cost effective. Talk with your local PS to analyze your needs and goals. Best wishes

Unfortunately, I don't use the Brava system. But I have had great success delivering natural looking results with implants. If you decide to go that route, I would suggest that you consult with a board certified plastic surgeon in your area. Best, Dr. Nazarian

While I have not used Brava, there is scientific evidence to show that it can cause a mild enlargement of breast size.  The creator of the device is now using the Brava in conjunction with fat grafting which suggests to me fat grafting is needed to give a significant increase in breast size.  If you are seeking this type of surgery, I would suggest you contact Dr. Roger Khouri, who has the most experience in this technique.

The effects wont last for long unless you combine with with fat grafting. Frankly, I would say you are better of using Breast Implants as these will give you the results you want right away and will surely last longer. In the end, the money spent in implants is worth the results.

The Brava is not a good device for breast enlargement on its own. In conjunction with fat transfer, one can achieve a significant increase in breast size, but it requires 2-3 rounds of fat transfer to realize your desired goal. The requirement for multiple trips to the operating room makes this method of breast enlargement too expensive for the average patient desiring larger breasts, especially compared to implant augmentation.

The Brava can increase breast size but it is cumbersome and difficult to stay compliant with using it. It is now used most frequently with fat grafting and can give some very nice results.I suggest that you find a board-certified plastic surgeon in your area who is familiar with all of these techniques and they can play out the advantages and disadvantages of this type of breast augmentation versus an implant.Good luck!

I _do_ use Brava and - perhaps surprisingly - can tell you it will not give you a permanent breast enhancement. It does expand your breasts temporarily but, even for that, is a lot of work for what you get (you need to use it for many continuous hours over a period of weeks to get a modest and temporary increase in breast size).It is more useful in conjunction with fat grafting, which is sometimes used for breast reconstruction and sometimes for breast augmentation without an implant. It increases the amount of fat you can transfer at a single sitting by expanding the volume of the breasts; the fat essentially makes that temporary enlargement permanent. It is sometimes necessary to repeat the process more than once to get the size increase you want.I hope that helps!

Very few surgeons have any experience with the BRAVA system (you can rightly assume the reason for that with its limited applicability). It is an aid to possible better survival of fat grafting and in total can get up to about 1 bra cup size long term enlargement.
