I had dermal fillers injected in the tear trough area 6 months ago and around 2 weeks since the procedure the filler became lumpy and visible causing Tyndall effect and eyebags. The dr said it was HA. I have since read horror stories regarding injections around the eye causing blindness and am therefore reluctant to ask for hyaluronidase injection esp from the same doctor. What are my alternatives? Can a lower bleph remove the filler at the same time? Or can RF or Ultherapy dissolve the fillers?

Hi @arocap. I recommend a combination treatment of microneedling and dermal fillers. I recommend seeking treatments from expert injectors who have the skill and experience to precisely inject fillers into treatment areas and avoid risks and complications.
Best of luck,

4) ThermiRF/J plasma/Inmode faceTite, T...
