HA tear trough filler caused lumps and Tyndall effect, what options to remove it other than hyalase injection? (Photo)

Thank you for your question and I'm sorry you've experienced negative side effects. Unfortunately, I don't know of any other method to dissolve your HA filler except hyaluronidase. The other option is to wait for the product to dissolve naturally. I would see an experienced and qualified injector to dissolve your fillers with a reversal agent.

The skin is so thin under the eye, this is a common problem. Hyaluronidase is your only option. It can take years to resolve naturally.

Hyaluronidase will easily and safely reverse this bump.  There is no risk of blindness or vascular occlusion with injecting hyaluronidase.  Though rare, such complications could occur with the original filler injection itself.  

Your best option is to remove the filler with hyalourinidase enzyme injections. Surgery is not a viable option. Neither are the other technologies you mentioned. The concern for blindness for injections under the eye is when the FILLER is injected into an artery rather than when the ENZYME is used to dissolve the filler.

Hey there - I’m sorry this has happened to you. Unfortunately there is a possibility of HA clumping soon after injections, or nodule formation months down the line. 
Really someone needs a closer look to see if this is HA accumulation, which can either be dissolved with hyaluronidase or occasionally drained out (under expert supervision).
If it is inflammatory it may respond to antibiotics, anti inflammatories, plus hyaluronidase.
Either way I’m afraid someone who is expert in this will need to have a look and decide the best course of action. Injecting hyaluronidase at these sites would certainly be less risky for blindness than fillers.

Hi, it appears that since you had an HA product injected, hyaluronidase is your best bet to dissolve those bumps rapidly. I would not worry too much about having it injected in the tear trough area as long as the injector knows what they are doing - you had a more significant risk getting the filler in the first place. You could also wait it out, but unfortunately, that may take upwards of a year and a half, depending on which HA product was used. I would find a physician that has experience with using a microcanula, and that has good understanding of the water absorption characteristics of the various HA products - they are NOT all the same!
