You are an excellent candidate for a small surgery called a cervical z-plasty. It does leave a barely noticeable scar under your chin which is very difficult to see when it has fully healed. The other surgical option would be for you to have your neck lifted in which case there are scars around your earlobes and behind your ears. Unfortunately with the amount of excess skin that you have, there are no effective non-surgical or minimally invasive techniques that will solve your problem.

Some improvements could be made by adding volume to your midface and filling your marionette lines; however, your having a facelift would be the better option. Your jowl formation, deepening of the nasolabial folds, laxity of your neck and the volume loss in your cheeks make you a very good candidate for a surgical solution. As it pertains to your concerns regarding infection and downtime, first, the chances of an infection are very remote inasmuch as the face has a very rich blood supply, and second, a typical recovery time is only 10-12 days and three weeks without exercise. The surgery is done under a light anesthetic and there is no pain postoperatively.

You are an excellent candidate for a non-surgical rhinoplasty. As in surgical rhinoplasty there are a variety of different nasal types. Yours is known as the “ultra-projecting tip”. By injecting Restylane using a micro-cannula into the bridge of your nose, you can achieve more “balance” between the bridge and the tip. Increasing the elevation of the bridge slightly will also give the impression that your nose is a little thinner

You need to be more concerned about whether you are a candidate for fillers than which filler is best at this point.

Getting a paper cut is more painful and uncomfortable than getting a rhinoplasty with Dr. Glassman LOL. It was like a magical experience. When I first got my cast off, I was shocked to see how swollen and scary I looked. My nose was like a balloon. But after a few weeks went by the swelling subsided and I have the cutest, tiniest, most feminine, and natural looking nose. It was better than I could have ever imagined. My nose is unrecognizable to what it was before, but no one that I meet can tell I had any work done. It looks like the nose I was supposed to be born with. I just had the bags under my eyes removed by Dr. Glassman. This was really so very easy. Don't get me wrong, it's still surgery but in terms of having cosmetic surgery it was a piece of cake. I went in at 6:30 am to the surgery center and left by 10am. Recovery took about a week. The bags gave me a harsh look that I don't feel is pretty on a woman. Now that they are removed I feel more confident and have a much softer and more feminine look. I wish I would have know how easy it would be, I would have had it done sooner. I am so glad I returned to this good and honest doctor, I chose to go with removal and replacement of my implants(silicone as they feel more like my own breast tissue). It has been 3 months now since my surgery and I am very happy with the outcome. He is the best! This place was great! Super friendly staff and fast and easy procedure...got a sculpture treatment on lower back Not sure how it worked cause I don't think I had enough body fat to start with..but def recommend trying this out for getting rid of stubborn unwanted body fat!
