Hi doctors . I did radiess in the past for my mid face but still feel there is something missing in my face in terms of youth and sculpting ! I’d like to do a filler that makes me look younger and natural . Any recommendation ? Also I’d like to know what areas I should focuse on ?

Answer: Jawline augmentation Hello, This dermal filler is a good choice for jawline definition. It has decent longevity and good structure. You often need multiple treatments to build the jawline up, but if you don't fancy surgical implants then Radiesse is a good choice. I'd consider filler to bring your chin forward a touch too to improve your profile and really define your jaw. Thanks!

Answer: Best filler for the jawline You can put just about any filler in the jawline. You want one that holds structure well. Radiesse actually works well in the jawline. That is my go to for jawline in male patients, in particular. I'm also a big fan of Sculptra as well. It works differently as a bio stimulant that induces collagen. After a few months there is more fullness due to the collagen production. You must be careful because there can be nodule formation with Sculptra so some areas of the face need a lower concentration of it to decrease that risk. Looking at your profile you may also consider augmenting the chin as well with filler or implants. Filler, unfortunately is not permanent so you are looking at a touch up in 1-2 years depending on the amount and type of filler.Good luck ~Dr. Arianna
