Cortisone atrophy on face: 2 divots/dents causing me distress. Unsure as to what to do next to correct/fix it.

Got cortisone injection at my go-to Derm’s office. Was told my solution was diluted but nevertheless, 2 wks later I ended up with two sizeable divots on my face. I know theyre not huge but I cant help but feel down every time I look in the mirror and see them. I am a 29 yr old Mexican female, healthy/active lifestyle, minimal drinking. Should I let them heal/fill in on their own? should I go the filler route? am afraid of ending up with “blue tint” as I read this is a risk w filler. Please help!
