I agree with the answers already provided.  This small raised area does not likely represent anything of concern.  It is likely related to the sutures beneath the skin surface.  It may unroof itself with a tiny bit of pus-like fluid found beneath it, but it does not typically progress beyond that minor irritation although it may cause a small raw site that will heal over with time.  Your surgeon can confirm this in follow up.

The white dot represents a small pustule and is commonly seen around incisions within days to 1-2 weeks after surgery.  They represent a small superficial infection typically at a hair follicle or sebaceous gland.  Local wound care will typically resolve this with topical antibiotics. No other treatment is warranted and no long term consequences occur.

This is related to a plugged oil gland on your breast.  Stop putting bacitracin or other oil based ointments on your breast. 

To me, the lesion on this photo looks like a milia or a pustule.  A milia would just be some skin cell that has gotten trapped below the surface from the suture, and the surgeon must fix this (easy fix, no worries).  A pustule is just like a little zit.  If it is the latter, just gently wipe it with a wash cloth that is wet with a bit of soapy water, if your surgeon will allow the site to get wet.

It is difficult to say without an exan, but that may represnt a small cyst froma suture.  Hard to say, best to see your surgeon.

Most likely this is a small suture track cyst that can easily be unroofed by your plastic surgeon.  It is not an infection or any thing to be overly concerned about.

These small inclusions often happen at suture lines and is most likely a suture that is either buried or has moved to the surface.  It should easily be dealt with by you PS.

Could be that this is the end of a suture, but this will not be resolved over the internet. A call to your surgeon is most appropriate. All the best.

It does not look like anything to be overly concerned about - possibly the end of a suture of a bit of skin (epithelium) that got caught in the healing wound - but the best thing is to contact your PS and have him or her look at you and, most likely, open or unroof it to allow it to drain, after which it should heal up well on its own.
