I had Breast implants and an areola reduction 2 weeks ago and today I noticed something that looks like a white head on my areola. Your input on what this could be is greatly appreciated.

Answer: ? milia
To me, the lesion on this photo looks like a milia or a pustule. A milia would just be some skin cell that has gotten trapped below the surface from the suture, and the surgeon must fix this (easy fix, no worries). A pustule is just like a little zit. If it is the latter, just gently wipe it with a wash cloth that is wet with a bit of soapy water, if your surgeon will allow the site to get wet.
Also, as always, keep in touch with your PS
