Would I need a tummy tuck to remove my c-section pooch? Or is there another option? (photos)

I have had 2 C-sections. After the second, I developed a shelf/pooch that has not decreased with weight loss. I would like to know, all of the possible options, to successfully achieve a flat stomach.
