hey everyone. im a transgender woman from dallas texas. ive been on hormones for 1 year and because i had barely any breast growth and could not take the violent mood swings i planned to stop taking hormones and pay for breast augmentation. ive paid for my surgery already but now ive suddenly grown breast buds and super hard swollen nipples. im wondering if its still possible to get my breast implants with these hard breast formed buds under my nipples. or will that interfer with surgery?

The swollen and projecting nipples will not interfere with your breast augmentation. Nipples, if they stick out too much, can be reduced at the same time as your breast implant surgery. This is especially true if you both feel like it's going to stock out even more!
