Ive Heard raw bovine ovarian works wonders that you can grow up to a c cup in 6 months but I just want a little more information first. I know the results are In Fact permanent and that's just dandy with me. I know there has to be more ways that I can grow my boobs faster. I want them to be like a females. I currently hold on my chest a 32 A. I want to go a hell of a lot bigger. Please help.

Theoretically, the raw bovine ovary would contain exogenous (a source from outside the body) estrogen which would stimulate growth of the breast gland.  However, if this were a meaningful way to increase the size of your breasts, whether genetically male or female, all people with small breasts who desire larger would use raw bovine ovary instead of surgery or hormone replacement therapy (I'm assuming this is ingested???).  I would strongly encourage you to meet and talk with an endocrinologist who can help guide you through this process, and if you wish to avoid surgery, hormone replacement therapy is likely your first step.  Best of luck!
