Transgender patient 500cc moderate or 550cc moderate plus? (Photos)

Your photos demonstrate you are
indeed a good candidate for breast augmentation and would look really
good with a variety of breast implant sizes and styles. For a natural result, the 500-550 cc seems too big to look natural, but could look really great on you as long as you're open to not looking completely natural. Having years of experience with this type of surgery, I suggest a
formal consultation and careful measurements of your breasts. Once these
measurements are taken, then a more careful assessment of your goals
can be considered and the recommendation for size and implant shape can
be made. Measurements are instrumental in achieving great results. 
I think you're very close with this particular size you
