Answer: Breast implants and sparse breast tissue It is difficult to fit a 600 cc size implant into many people on the first surgery, especially if you have a lack of skin to fill out. A smaller implant would likely first need to be placed to allow the skin and muscle (if done under the muscle) to stretch out gradually, then around 6-12 months later a larger implant can be placed. Gaining weight overall would only work to increase your breast size, and not necessarily still allow a 600 cc implant to be placed initially.

Answer: Too skinny for breast implants? You may not have enough tissue to cover an implant of the size you are describing. While it may be possible to place an implant that large, the results generally doesn't look as good as taking a more step-wise approach. You may want to consider going with a smaller (~400cc) implant in order to allow your body adjust and then increasing to a larger size later.
