I'm just wondering if my side profile is weak and if it is what can be done to fix it?

Answer: Improving the Male Facial Profile A chin implant would be a very effective way to correct your profile. This could be combined with neck defatting with liposuction or directly through the chin incision. Buccal fat pad excision can help contour the mid cheek region if needed.

Placement of the chin implant can accomplish augmenting the chin forward for better facial balance and proportions. Chin implants are manufactured in a large array of thicknesses, sizes, and shapes which is best determined at the time of the consultation and examination. Liposuction in the neck can accomplish removal of those fatty deposits which would also be complementary to the chin projection itself.
