I'm just wondering if my side profile is weak and if it is what can be done to fix it?

For someone who has a weak profile, chin augmentation can be very helpful. This can be in the form of a chin implant (permanent) or chin augmentation with filler injections (temporary). I often combine these procedures with liposuction of the neck in order to improve the jawline. If pursuing filler injections, another injectable option is Kybella to dissolve the submental neck fat, but keep in mind that this will require a series of injections to be effective.Be sure to see an expert like a facial plastic surgeon to review all of the surgical and non-surgical options in detail.All the best,

A chin implant would be a very effective way to correct your profile. This could be combined with neck defatting with liposuction or directly through the chin incision. Buccal fat pad excision can help contour the mid cheek region if needed.

The one limited photograph demonstrates a weak and recessive chin profile in addition to fatty deposits in the neck. Placement of the chin implant can accomplish augmenting the chin  forward for better facial balance and proportions. Chin implants are manufactured in a large array of thicknesses, sizes, and shapes which is best determined  at the time  of the consultation and examination. Liposuction in the neck can accomplish removal of those fatty deposits which would also be complementary to the chin projection itself. Dear Apere, You should be an ideal candidate for chin augmentation to provide more projection to your weak chin. I would also combine this with submental/cervical  liposuction to provide a more defined jawline. These combined procedures will balance your facial profile and overall facial aesthetic nicely.
