I have recently seen a significant change in the skin on my forearms and décolletage. In exploring my treatment options, I've read that Sculptra can be used on the décolletage AND that fillers can be used for the hands. Why is it that I can find so little on this treatment modality for the forearms? Can this region not be treated similarly by use of collagen-stimulating Sculptra or fillers? I welcome and appreciate any and all feedback. Many thanks.

You can have Sculptra injected any time you like. I would give yourself a bit of time for everything to settle and for all the swelling to go away so you have a clearer pictures of how much volume you need replaced.
