Can Sculptra be used on the forearms?

Thank you for your question. Sculptra can be used to help thinning skin on the arms, but at a different dilution than what we use on the face. You likely don't see much info on this for a few reasons. One, it's an off-label indication. Two, it is an advanced injection technique which many injectors do not have experience with. Three, it can require several vials over several sessions and can become costly. Sculptra is a great treatment option for decolletage. It could be used theoretically off label anywhere on the body where there is skin laxity and thinning of skin. It is commonly used on the arms, above the knees, decolletage, and even neck.
