Can Sculptra be used on the forearms?

You likely don't see much info on this for a few reasons. One, it's an off-label indication. Two, it is an advanced injection technique which many injectors do not have experience with. Three, it can require several vials over several sessions and can become costly. Sculptra is a great treatment option for decolletage. It could be used theoretically off label anywhere on the body where there is skin laxity and thinning of skin. It is commonly used on the arms, above the knees, decolletage, and even neck.

Yes, Sculptra can be used on the forearms, décolletage and other skin-relaxed and collagen losing areas. You find little to read on it because it is an off-label use and while injector numbers are increasing, this is evolving. You may also consider using collagen inducing threads such as Eurothreads directly into the dermis for added support and collagen production.
