Is injecting Sculptra superficially and not deeply safe? Will the Sculptra migrate?

I would recommend injecting Sculptra deeply to volumize the cheeks. Multiple sessions will be needed and results will show gradually over 3-6 months. It can last 2-5 years depending on the patient. Injecting too superficially or with improper dilutions can lead to nodules. Make sure you are under the care of an experienced physician. Best wishes.

Sculptra is a great product when used appropriately. Sculptra should never be injected anywhere near the eye area where the skin is thin. Sculptra should also be injected deep to the skin and evenly distributed for best results and only with a cannula. When a person sees volume diminution in the face, fat grafting is the best option to achieve natural a near permanent results.
