Thank you for your question and I am sorry you didn’t achieve the results you hoped with your procedure. There are some different options for treating the dimpling that was left behind from your lipo procedure. Sculptra is a good choice for cellulite and laxity of the arms. I also use hyper-diluted Radiesse of the arms to produce a good effect. I see in your photo more laxity and skin irregularity than cellulite. These treatments may help alone or in combination with a skin tightening device like Thermage or Ulthera. Make sure you work with a doctor that is experienced and board-certified in all these treatments. This expert should be able to personalize your treatment to your precise needs for the best possible results.
Hi thank you for your question. I am sorry to hear about your bad experience. I do not believe that sculptra would be the best treatment to achieve the results you are looking for. There would be a much better result with diluted Radiesse for a smoothing effect all over. It is best to have an in person consultation with a board certified injector to see how many syringes you would need. I have also seen great results with radiofrequency devices such as Thermismooth. Typically about 6 treatments of Thermismooth are needed in two week intervals. Best of luck!

Make sure you find a plastic surgeon who's well-versed in such procedures. Good luck from New York City
Hi there,Judging by the photo it looks like a filler can definitely improve that area. I would suggest using maybe the new Restylane Refyne or Defyne. Sculptra is a good option as well. Schedule a consultation with a Board Certified physician to choose the right product for you.Best of luck,
Thank you for your question. Should not affect your Multiple Sclerosis since fillers aren't injected into the muscles. I would recommend scheduling a consultation with an experienced physician for optimal results. All the best
Dear sunshinepaige, Yes, Sculptra can be used on the forearms, décolletage and other skin-relaxed and collagen losing areas. You find little to read on it because it is an off-label use and while injector numbers are increasing, this is evolving. You may also consider using collagen inducing ...
