I have Multiple Sclerosis (Relapsing Remitting) 14.5 years now. I am 43 and having concerns re: hollowing in my temples and cheeks. I was told I am a good candidate for Sculptra. However, I am concerned about contradicting information regarding its use if you have MS or any other autoimmune disease. My Neurologist in not familiar with Sculptra and does not know how to advise me. I am currently using Ocrevus at a treatment for my Multiple Sclerosis and am stable.

You can have Sculptra injected any time you like. I would give yourself a bit of time for everything to settle and for all the swelling to go away so you have a clearer pictures of how much volume you need replaced.
