Can I still lose some of the fat grafted to buttocks at 10 weeks post op?

10 week is still early so you can still lose fat cells by sitting.I allow my patients to sit at 10 weekshowever I recommend they sit on a cushion.I usually tell my patients that it takes about 6 months to really knowhow much of the fat is going to survive and how much is going to away.It is best to follow-up with your PlasticSurgeon for more specific questions.

The healing process could take up to 6 months to a year, depending on the patient. The inflammation and bruising could last months. If you have any concerns, I suggest you follow up with your plastic surgeon.
Be patient, it is too soon to determine your final result.

Every plastic surgeon has their own protocol for when patient's can start sitting after BBL surgery.  It is best to check with your particular plastic surgeon.  

Your fat cells that are alive have re-established blood flow and will not be affected by sitting; Your concern is only valid for the first week. Before you kill fat cells by sitting on them, you would create a sore on your buttom; as long as you have normal sensation on your buttocks, you can return to your normal activity.
