I recommend my patients to wait at least 4 weeks before resuming their workout routine (cardio, lift, etc.).
If you have any concerns, I suggest you follow up close with your plastic surgeon.

It would be helpful if you listed the procedure you had done.I'm assuming you had a BBL.If you gain weight your BBL will get bigger but so well the rest of your body.I suppose you could always try it and see how you like it.Best,Mats Hagstrom M.D.
