I would like to do at least 2000cc in each cheek and 400cc in the hips. I keep hearing that only sixty percent of fat survives, I want to insure I have a custom look. I don't want natural, I'm going for very large.
Answer: Highest amount of CC'S.......? There is not an absolute "maximum" number of cc's allowable and there is no right answer to your question. The bigger concern is that "overinjecting" can cause the fat to die. Fa cells are very fragile and if too much fat is transferred and if the pressure gets too high, blood flow can not get to these areas and the fat will die. Fat survival depends on good soil just like flowers. If flowers are planted in poor soil and not given water, they will die. Rather than focusing on the amount of fat to be injected , you should find a board certified plastic surgeon who understands the shape you are looking for. Contouring your waist making your waist smaller utilizing liposuction will automatically make your hips and buttock look bigger. It is true that fat survival is about 50-60%. Skin elasticity also factors into the equation. Again, to reiterate, meet in person with a board certified plastic surgeon for a consultation and exam; verbalize your goals, look at photo galleries and pick out photos that you like the proportion of.. There is no recommended amount of fat that can be injected, but there is a recommended limit to how much fat can be harvested at one time. Sometimes, for large volume injections, several procedures are necessary.

The amount that can be transferred depends on the fat you have available to "harvest", and the ability of your tissues to accept that fat in the areas you want to enlarge.I recommend consulting with a plastic surgeon who has extensive experience with buttock shaping. Answer: There is no highest cc's for BBL A couple of items you should consider. 1st only about 40% of the fat removed from liposuction could be transferred in volume as fat graft cells following processing of the fat cells; 2nd only 3,000 to 5,000 cc of liposuction can be safely performed safely. If you do the math, this means that only 2500cc at max could be safely processed for your buttocks augmentation; in addition this has to be divided between the two sides; this puts you at 1200cc per buttocks cheek; Remember, this is the MAXIMUM theoretically and not necessary a recommended volume. Also, remember that your buttom skin has to be able to accommodate such a volume. If you make it too tight, the fat cells will die off and you will get fat cell death and less retention. If you want to go that LARGE, you will have to perform your BBL in two sessions.
