Thanks for your question. As a rule the closer you are to your ideal weight the better a candidate you are for surgery. Assuming that you BMI is over 30-35 liposuction at this stage would have increased risks and the safe amount to remove at one time may not come close to meeting your goals. When someone weighs 300lbs there BMI is quite high and this can lead to many different complications with healing, etc.. In general, it is best to get close to your goal weight for the best results.
Not normal to feel a pop after liposuction surgery. I would follow up with your surgeon to make sure nothing is wrong.
It is hard to predict what the weight change will be especially since some or all of it might be injected back into the buttock for the BBL.
