This condition is a smooth redness on both cheeks. I blush easy and have very minimal amount of facial hair. It can feel very warm to the touch. There is not any bumps like the ones on the back of my arms. I believe this to be Keratosis Pilaris Rubra Facei. I’m currently using minoxidil 5% 2x a day to help grow facial hair and I’m worried facial hair won’t even come through and if it does it might make my condition worse. Should I continue the minox? I don't want to make my condition worse.

Keratosis pilaris is often considered a variant of normal skin and as such can be treated as you would with any normal skin. The use of minoxidil should not be a problem. Watch for unusualy redness. .
