I had fue beard transplant of 3300 graft 8 months ago and now I see ridges of small bumps on majority of transplanted area with chin being the worst affected region.Current surgeon is not giving me information about this condition and just recommending creams that are of no help.I want to know about this condition and possible remedies for these ridges like structure?

You have scarring that probably is permanent after a beard hair transplant.  This is not normal and you need to follow up with your doctor.

That is probably because of unproper, deeply  implantation of the grafts in to your cheek skin . But some  of he lesions on chin are hyperkeratotic and have scar. so it is better to visit a dermatologist .

You show pictures of bumps on your beard trransplanted area from 8 months earler. This looks like a problem caused by the surgeon and the placement of your grafts which were not flush with the skin surface
