I need lip lifted but basically in the centre part. Is double duck or Italian lift good for me? (Photo)

I am scared of a long scar. 1.Why so few surgeons do double duck with two hidden incisions inside nostrils? 2. Why bullhorn incision have the wings, does it help to lift corners or to lift them I need seperate corner lift. 3. I am going to do nose tip surgery. One surgeon said he can lift the centre of the lip during open rinoplasty. On its own it doesn't look good (like on photos) and doesn't roll the lip out but would it look good with permalip? 4. Can you accentuate philtrum during rinoplasty
