I need lip lifted but basically in the centre part. Is double duck or Italian lift good for me? (Photo)

A central lip lift will lift and shape the upper lip. No central incision is wide enough to lift the corners of the mouth without distorting the nostrils. The central lip lift should not be performed at the same time as an open rhinoplasty. This is an in-office procedure with very limited recovery and long lasting results.

In answer to your questions:
1) The Italian lip lift is far less effective at shortening the upper lip than the traditional subnasal lip lift.
2) No form of an upper lip lift will change the mouth corners as that requires a separate corner of the mouth lift.
3) If the open rhinoplasty incision is made low enough a subnasal lip lift can be done at the same time.
4) A lip implant is not going to roll out the upper lip.
5) It is not clear what you mean 'accentuation of the philtrum' during a rhinoplasty.
