Thank you for sharing your excellent question. Although i do not think you have a frank surgical infection it does appear that you have some irritation present to your central incision site that should be evaluated by your surgeon. They can provide reassurance while also treating any suture related issues. Hope this helps.
Hello. Great question. It is difficult to see the discharge in the image you provided. It does not appear you have an infection. Please schedule a follow up appointment with your surgeon. Follow your surgeon's post op instructions.
Thank you for your question and photo. From what I can see, you do not appear to have an obvious infection. I do see some redness and irritation along the incision and what appears to be some dried fluid. Generally, this will respond to some local wound care, best to check with your surgeon. Best wishes.
Thank you for your question and for sharing your photos. Also congratulations on taking the step to proceed with a tummy tuck procedure, which can be a very rewarding procedure to do. With respect to the discharge, there is a chance that your sutures may be infected in the area where you have a discharge. I would definitely consult with your plastic surgeon to let them know so they can monitor and address this for you. Best of luck with your recovery process.
Dear happybbl,I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment it would be difficult to determine what is wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment. Only after thorough examination you can get proper recommendations and advice.Daniel Barrett, MDCertified, American Board of Plastic SurgeryMember, American Society of Plastic SurgeryMember, American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery

Revision surgery is a bit more challenging than the primary surgery. However if you are in general good health and otherwise a candidate it is certainly possible to safely have a revision to your tummy tuck including muscle repair.
From the submitted photos it appears the standard (full) tummy tuck would give you the best result. This will address excess fat and skin as well as correct abdominal wall laxity. The result will be a tighter, flatter tummy. The next step is to schedule a consultation with a board certified...
