Hello, as implants soften over time the will often look a little closer together and more mobile. It is important to know that your surgeon has to place the implants where the breast are so they are properly covered, so if there was a wide gap before surgery it could remain after.
I understand your concern. Your cleavage width is mainly pre-determined by your natural anatomy pre-op. You may not have noticed the width before surgery. After a BA, things that weren't obvious become more obvious. Please speak with your surgeon if you are still concernedWarm regards,
More cleavage is unlikely to occur to any significant degree. When placed under the muscle, the attachments of the muscle to the bone limit the distance the implant can move. Fat grafting into the gap could be an option if you really want more fullness in that area.
Thank you for your question. Breasts will continue to change in the coming several weeks. Cleavage depending on your anatomy, type of implant etc. Please discuss with your PS
Submuscular implants always lack cleavage. Muscle holds implants apart away from aesthetic cleavage line.
Thank you for your question. You appear to be early in recovery. The breast shape and size and position after implants continues to change for up to 3 months after breast augmentation surgery. The chance of you being allergic to silicone implants is almost 0%. I assume that you have silicone implants on both sides, and since the rash is on one side only, you can rule out that this is the cause of the reaction. Check with your treating plastic surgeon. If that doesn't get you...
Ultimately it is up to you if you want to get larger implants. You have to understand that at some point to increase the volume of the implant you will have to use a wider implant and wider implants on a petite frame will have unintended consequences of making you look heavier. I have a...
Hello and thank you for your question. You are a great candidate for a breast augmentation using a dual plane technique without need for a formal lift. The size, profile, and shape of the implant is based on your desired breast size/shape, your chest wall measurements, and soft tissue qual...
