Hello, as implants soften over time the will often look a little closer together and more mobile. It is important to know that your surgeon has to place the implants where the breast are so they are properly covered, so if there was a wide gap before surgery it could remain after.

More cleavage is unlikely to occur to any significant degree. When placed under the muscle, the attachments of the muscle to the bone limit the distance the implant can move. Fat grafting into the gap could be an option if you really want more fullness in that area.

Thank you for your question. You appear to be early in recovery. The breast shape and size and position after implants continues to change for up to 3 months after breast augmentation surgery. In my experience as the implants and breast soften cleavage can improve. Ask your plastic surgeon if you may do breast implant displacement exercises with emphasis on pushing the implants together towards the midline which could help.
