Can things improve after 3 nasal surgeries? Last one a reconstruction (Photo)

I had three surgeries. The last one was a reconstruction due to columella/tip necrosis and infections from the previous surgery. A columella was “created” by “lip lifting”, rotation flaps and rib cartilages were used. 3 months post-op: the indented left side of the tip is indented/depressed again. Nostrils have collapsed. I feel pressure and my nose feels congested most of the time. Sometimes burns.

If your nose was straight to begin with, then yes, there is an excellent chance of making your nose straight again, even if it's been a long time since the fracture. There are nuances involved in the procedure, so be sure to see a rhinoplasty specialist for consultation.
