I had three surgeries. The last one was a reconstruction due to columella/tip necrosis and infections from the previous surgery. A columella was “created” by “lip lifting”, rotation flaps and rib cartilages were used. 3 months post-op: the indented left side of the tip is indented/depressed again. Nostrils have collapsed. I feel pressure and my nose feels congested most of the time. Sometimes burns.
