I know some doctors like to mix Juvederm ultra plus (since it is thicker than perlane or juvederm ultra) to 0.1% lidocaine and 1: 10,000 epinephrine to make it easier to mold and less bleeding. I am wondering what are the pros and cons besides what I just mentioned? And do Doctors use that mixture to inject in at a particular area of the face? or do they use it everywhere? Do you mix it with juvederm ultra or voluma too?

How long ago did you have them injected? This could be normal swelling after injection , the lips are very sensitive. It's possible it could be a reaction. Call the office where you had them injected and speak to the provider.
Swelling occurs commonly after Juvederm injections and can last up to 2 weeks. The bluish hue is probably due the Tyndall effect, which can happen if the Juvederm is injected too superficially. I would recommend following up with your doctor 2 weeks after the injection. If there is...
