Mixing Juvederm Ultra Plus with 0.1% lidocaine and 1: 10,000 epinephrine. Pros and cons?

I know some doctors like to mix Juvederm ultra plus (since it is thicker than perlane or juvederm ultra) to 0.1% lidocaine and 1: 10,000 epinephrine to make it easier to mold and less bleeding. I am wondering what are the pros and cons besides what I just mentioned? And do Doctors use that mixture to inject in at a particular area of the face? or do they use it everywhere? Do you mix it with juvederm ultra or voluma too?
